Wonderful Nahua blouse from Puebla. Absolutely wonderful teeny tiny pleats are fixed together with decorative embroidery. A technique called pepenado. These are not easy to find in my experience.
The length is 23" and width is 23" under the armpits across the chest inches. Fits up to a size medium.
